Position Summary

The Production Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling small components used in the manufacturing of industrial heating elements. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing. The role requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately read measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts and components according to detailed work instructions and specifications
• Measure materials using rulers or other measuring tools to ensure accuracy
• Follow production guidelines, processes, and quality standards
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a ruler accurately (required)
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
